Charles is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment activities including identifying, structuring and executing transactions. He currently serves on the board of Orthopaedic Solutions Management and Gastro MD.
One of the key differentiators of MDHP is the active role we take in each of our partnerships. As part of this strategy, he currently serves as President of Orthopaedic Solutions Management and Chief Operating Officer of Gastro MD.
Prior to MD Healthcare Partners, he was a investment professional with HealthEdge Investment Partners. In this role he successfully led the investment team through multiple platform transactions and worked closely with management teams on executing acquisition and organic based growth strategies. Charles received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
