Prior to joining MD Healthcare Partners, Matt was a Partner in the Health Care Group at the law firm of Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel and Burns, LLP. At Johnson Pope, Matt primarily assisted healthcare providers and other healthcare businesses with a variety of business, corporate and regulatory matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financing transactions. Matt received his B.A. in History from Yale University and earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
