Shin-Yi Henderson, a business leader with 20+ years of broad-based technical management experience, joined MD Healthcare Partners as Director of Business Solutions to oversee data management and reporting analytics.
Prior to MDHP, Shin-Yi worked in the telecommunications industry as a Technical Analyst, Operations and Project Delivery Manager, and Software Development and Quality Assurance Manager. She is skilled in cultivating & maintaining business relationships, resolving complex technical and organizational issues, leading teams, and planning & implementing complex projects. She has achieved numerous technical certificates throughout her career. Shin-Yi is a graduate of H.B. Plant High School in Tampa and holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of South Florida. She is an active volunteer with the Metropolitan Ministries and board & committee member for various local schools.
